About This Project
The Waste-to-Wealth Training Programme is the human capital engine of Osun State's circular economy agenda. Over 2,000 young people and women have been trained in practical skills to transform waste materials into marketable products.
Training modules cover plastic upcycling, composting and organic waste processing, eco-brick fabrication, textile recycling, and biogas production from organic waste. Graduates receive starter kits and are connected to the broader Imole Recycling Hub ecosystem for market access.
The programme has produced a new generation of green entrepreneurs across Osun State, many of whom have gone on to register formal businesses and employ others from their communities. The Iyaloja Ambassador Network actively champions programme graduates in local markets.
